Image 1 shows the "dForce Tara Hair" after loading and applying presets "Simulate Single Frame" and "Tara 30 Stiffness Lower". Image 2 shows the hair after simulation. I was hoping that the plaitt would be resting agains the chest after simulation. How do I get it to do so?

The hair only has small parts that actually simulate, the tip and the flyaway hairs around the bangs. The tail and the rest you pose like a normal hair set by select each part and using the dials to move it.
i beilieve the braid itself is rigged so ou pose it and the strands are dforce?
Thanks FSMCDesigns. I hope what you are saying is wrong - That is the opposite of what I was hoping for.
Braids are very advanced and difficult to simulate, especially with the limited simulation tools in DS.
Time to submit a ticket. Thanks all!!
