Futuristic And Mystical discount missng for Fisty's store

I have two new items from Futuristic And Mystical (i13 weapons and FireFly hair) and AElflaed's Fancy - Shaders, Fabulous Stripes - Shaders,and hoebe's Fancy - Shaders from Fisty's store but none of them have a discount (and they are not new orPC+ items either). I added the L XV furniture add-ons as a further test and still no discount.

    didn't work on raw's store

    qualifier - not on the gargoyle

    Its not working for me on Fisty's store but is working on RawArt's store

    Misty: RA's Gargoyle is still a "new" item so it is excluded from the discount.
