unable to load the freckles on any GenFem 2 model.

hello. i had just bought the freckles for Gen Fem 2 and cannot load them on any of my models. what am i doing wrong? thanks for any help.

    Have you selected the model in scene, and then in the surface Tab, also G2F, before applying the overlay?

    If yes, do you get any error message, or what are your steps during application?
