Highlands mountains

I'm a little confused about the highlands item? Are the distant mountains their own object or are they part of the HDRI? Because I want to know if I can add a different skybox how still have the mountain in the background.

    You can see what is geometry in the final promo shots (the grey clay renders)

    By the way if you are looking to create more landscapes, the UltraScenery XT product is recommended. Highlands is a good product by itself, worth it.
