can't open Animate 2 help pls

I am logged into my Daz account but it only opens Animate lite for some reason and not the regular Animate 2 full version despite me having it and registering it years ago. Help pls.

Help -> About Installed Plugins. Is Animate 2 currently registered and active? You may just need to re-enter your serial number.
