Some items will not load and are asking to save scene instead,

this has happened only lately  and it is with at least 5 or 10 products I know of so far,

If an asset was saved as a scene, which is perfectly valid, it wants to create a new scene, which forces you to save the existing one. Instead, right-click and select "Merge into Scene..." if that is what you really want to do.
