Deamlight purchases for use with Daz Studio and iRay question

Has any one been able to successfully contact this vendor with order completion issues. I have been waiting for over a month to get a response to my issue. Which is I never got the Iray Presets For Enchanted Forest that I purchased. And have not been able to contact them through their website. Got only one message that they received my trouble ticket but nothing since.

If you have been able to resolve your issue, how long did it take? I sent another TT today asking for a refund. Waiting to see if that one gets their attention.

    Was this something you bought from the DAZ 3D store? DAZ 3D have a very good 30 day refund policy for everything sold through the store here.

    Do you mean this http://www.daz3d.com/rays-of-dreams-for-enchanted-forest ? It doesn't have Iray presets, as far as i know, and considerably pre-dates the inclusion of Iray in DS.

    No to both questions. If I purchased through Daz I would have talked to Daz directly. It is a product that they were selling at their own site. They don't have a forum to ask questions unless you purchase access. But between asking for a refund and going to other forums. Seems to have gotten a response. They sent me a link to download it directly. But no information as to why it took so long. Or anything else.
