Where do I import HDRI fille?

I know there are websites that have lots of free HDRI files. I just cannot remember where they are. Where are some good sites?

Once I download them, where do I put them so that I can use them in my renders?

Polyhaven.com, store them wherever you want, load them into the environment map slot in Render Settings -> Environment.
