Can't find Registry Key for Clothes Converter 3.2

I cannot find a registy key for the clothes converter I got today which is required before I use the software. Where can I find it?  I looked in serial numbers and found nothing for Clothes Converter 3.2.

My bad, I thought I had gotten the 4.0 but I actually got the version 3.2.

Where could I submit a help ticket?  Link please?

As I recall the serial number is in the enclosed readme, it isn't unique.

When you said "enclosed readme", do you mean enclosed inside the .exe file?  I cannot find the readme anywhere on my computer after installing it.
