Test Version Face transformer is not working

Test version: Face transfer

I uploaded a lot of different photos but the face transfer (Test Version) is not working.

Error message: Face transfer failed to generate. Try a different source image.

What can I do?

Try using a proper portrait type image. There has to be some space around the head which is clearly not the head {i.e. not a very light skin against a very white background}, ears and forehead showing, some neck too. Do not use a super large image, not necessary ;-)
