daz3d 4.7 play video in background

Hello everyone, my name is Alex, and I've just started to learn Daz3d . My knowledge of 3d is kind of limited, so please , if you can answer as you would teach a idiot. So , I'm trying to learn animation ( walking, dancing , general movement's), I don't have animate so I need to create the movements myself and a way that I think would be easier would be to recreate movements from a video file. My idea was to place a video file , in the background, place model against it and recreate every frame from the video. I can't find a option for this in daz3d , do you know of any way to do this? Any add-ons or 3 party video players that would allow transparency or something like that?

This isn't currently possible. The only, crude, way I can think of doing it is placing the still images on a series of planes and animate them moving into place behind the character through the sequence. It might be possible to write a script that would replace adjusting the current frame on the time line, and would both advance/retard the time and change the backdrop image (again from a sequence of stills).
