Hiding meshlights in iRay

Hi,
in the old DAZ render engine (3Delight) with the Ubersurface shader it was possible to prevent a meshlight from being rendered (yet still getting its lighting contribute) by setting the "panthom" property to true/on.
What is the equivalent in iRay?
I gave the meshlight the standard iRay "Uber Base" shader but cannot see any "Phantom" properties
thanks for answers
Cheers

I don't know if there's a way to do what you want with an emissive mesh, but you can do it with a spotlght (and probably a point light, though I haven't tried). In the light's "Area" menu, click "render emitter" to off.
You can replicate the look of an emissive mesh light with the new DAZ spotlight by changing "light geometry" to rectangle or a few other geometric shapes. That gives a nice soft light (like a mesh light) depending on the size of the light geometry.
