The eyebrows match which is usually a reliable way to recognize a texture, though you can't always be certain with fiber brows as they can be replaced or shared between characters. But this doesn't seem to be fiber brows and the rest seems to match as well so I'd say it's either the same character, perhaps morphed a bit, or the same texture with another character morph, or a custom morph.

Anyway, my guess is that her head morph is Cathy by Raiya. Don't recognise her skin.

The nose doesn't look quite the same. Could just be slighty morphed in the promos.
Aria's eyebrows do not match, Katherina's do, if you look closely.
