Iron Scale Armor Bundle incomplete? (SOLVED)

Hi all!

If anyone has purchased the Iron Scale Armor bundle, did you find any of the items?  I downloaded the bundle (it was a single download file of 6.8MB if I recall - which seems too small.). There are no files showing up in my Smart Content for any of the items in the bundle.  When I locate the folders on my drive and manually drag the outfit file (Iron Scale Armor !Outfit.duf), I get a bunch of errors and a bunch of blocks loaded onto Kento.

I'm not sure what I'm doing wrong or where to locate the non-smart content to properly load the outfit pieces.

Very grateful for any assistance. :)

    I don't have it, but don't rely on smart content. Go to the content library and see if it is there. The location should be “People:Genesis 8 Male:Clothing:Iron Scale Armor”

    I submitted a ticket after looking at the Product ReadMe wiki.  Most of the folders are not showing up.  I had a feeling there was going to be trouble when I saw only one install file in DIM for the entire bundle.  The Future Formal Outfit Bundle  that I also purchased, showed multiple install files in DIM, and that product bundle shows folders installed where they should be on my system (and show up properly in Smart Content.)

    The data folders are all missing for Iron Scale Armor.

    I don;t have it either, but I noticed this morning that the store page for the bundle is not showing the component parts (six of them) as part of the bundle. I think this is probably your problem. I suggest posting about it in the main Sales forum thread - you may need to raise a support ticket too, but it would be helpful to flag it up for other people there.

    It could be a Daz/DIM problem. Some product (usually recent updated) aren't installed. To check it you must: 1- Open Daz Studio 2- Inside Daz Studio Login with your user and password 3- into Smart Content Tab, click on Avaiable (lower panel part). If a product isn't installed you'll have a grey miniature 4- Right click on miniature and select Install
  • Thank you, Kainjy!  It's a store problem (most likely) since DIM only showed one install file (I think for loading the entire outfit at once, dforce presets(?), and texture files) and the store page for the bundle doesn't show all the separate items either.

    As MelanieL pointed out the store isn't showing the items in the bundle pack either.  I think I'll let DAZ sort it out properly and give it a go again when they've fixed things. :)

    As MelanieL says, it looks as if the sub-parts are not associated with the bundle. I will flag this up for fixing.

  • I got a response to yesterday's trouble ticket acknowledging the issue.  Got back from lunch a short time ago with another response saying the issue was fixed.  And it was! :)

    Support saw the same issue I was seeing and got it taken care of.  Bravo!!

    Very happy that this was looked after in a very timely manner!  Many thanks go out to all who assisted in this thread and DAZ staff who worked on the problem.

    I'm having the same problem.  Read on the boards last night that there was a ticket submitted for it.

    Didn't realize I had to submit my own for it.  Now I have to wait all weekend in order to use the product.  frown

    Have you tried logging out and back in, or restarting Daz Studio?
