First off, I don't even use Daz, this is a friend asking for help, and her information isn't always clear, so I'm going to have to copy and paste the conversation and links the the pictures in the order she sent them to me...
First to mention, apparently, she works on Mac and it' hard to merge folders and stuff so I guess she..organized her folders on Windows (so they could merge?) and moved them over to the Mac?

she could try that and see if it helps
Why would it refuse to load figures though?
Without knowing her setup it could be that her library isn't associated to Studio. She might need to check to make sure her library is associated in studio. If she has changed the name or is using one she created it is probably that.
Otherwise what i would do is create a new my library associate it and install the genesis 2 figures and then load them and see if its working.
Edited to add. Looking at her pic 1 the my Library she does have associated looks empty, so i am guessing she has it located elsewhere or is called something else.
