I really cant seem to find this one, I would be so greatful if anyone could let me know who made it.

Ive seen it used in about 3-4 other promo images for products in the store but cant seem to find the actual outfit.

It's called "Restless for Genesis 3 Females" by lilflame and it's sold at Renderosity. (I initially thought it was one of those G3F lingeries that were sold with a FWSA character, because lilflame made those too.)
