Can the Aiko 6 Battle Girl stuff be applied to other models

I'm still pretty new at this, and I like the Battle Girl item that's on sale today. But I don't have Aiko 6, and wanted to know if I can apply the settings to Genesis 2 female or Josie or something. I know poses generally are compatible, and I might get it for those, but I'm mainly interested in the linework on the body.

    The product says "This product uses the Genesis 2 Base Female UV Maps" so you should be able to use the skins on genesis 2 female

    Well, here's Giselle. Hopefully geometry shell/second skin stuff is within the rules...
