Poser Formats -> Figures -> DAZ Animals, assuming you put it where it would normally go. You can find the location of the content from the ReadMe (if available, in this case it is), or from the zip file itself, unless you put it somewhere else, then you're on your own.
It's there! It did not originally show when I hovered over the "DAZ Animals" folder. I have other sub folders under the "DAZ Animals" folder and thought it would show there as a subfolder. I have noticed that, even after updating the data base, some files don't seem to show at first or take a long time to appear when I hover over the appropriate folder. In any event, thank you both!

Yes, sometimes the Content Library does not show fresh installs. Just right-click and select "Refresh" anywhere appropriate.
