Email order confirmation - blank?

I don't know if this is an issue requiring fixing or just a fluke but the last order I made had an email confirmation that showed no details as to what was ordered. Doesn't matter to me but it would to some ;-)

    Is the order correct in your account pages? If not please open a Sales support ticket as it is definitely something Daz would need to be made aware of.

    My email from yesterday was exactly the same. The order looks perfectly OK in on my account pages, just the email was wrong (I print from the store account page and discard the emails, so wasn't going to bother to mention it.)

    I just placed an order and I also got a blank confirmation email although my account looks correct

    I got several that were blank. I figured it was some sort of glitch because my purchase history shows they went through fine.

    I just got that same issue for an order I placed at 6pm last night, cost $58.00, but the email was blank and said it was for $4.25. Purchase history okay though. Checked my credit card account and it shows $58.00 being billed.

    I will note that the internet was extremely strange yesterday. Sluggish and cutting out. I had a download going this morning of older items on DIM, for a reinstall, and DIM lost its connection after 24 or so items. 

    So far the items I purchased are fine, so I don't think I will need to worry about my order email to prove I had purchased anything. 

    Edit to add: I just printed off the order email confirmation and the items are there, just in a pale grey. The amount is the Tax I am being charged. 

    Did Daz run out of black ink for their printer cartridges on the computers?

    I am told this is fixed, but obviously it can't affect existing emails. If the error coninues to occur with new purchases please post.

    I gather this is another one of those update changes, yes the email confirmation now has the expected information. It is now whiten in white on a black background.
