Render Settings panel seems to be broken in the recent couple of versions of DS

Lately, when I open the "Render Settings" panel, it seems to think I'm asking for the Smart Content associated with "render settings" keyword. So, I am unable to adjust the things that would normally appear in the panel...which are pretty important to be able to change.
To be honest, thanks to the 30 minute load times I pretty much quit using DS for about a year or so, and only recently got the issue under control, so I have absolulely no idea when it actually started, but it happened the other day which was using the version prior to the current (I updated to the current this morning).
Any ideas what might have happened to have caused this to start? I'm pretty sure this isn't intended behavior for the application itself, since it's really bad behavior.

Weird, either a few tabs were added or my default got switched. So, I was looking at the "Presets" tab which is some sort of view into SMART stuff, and what I was expecting to see was "Editor" which allows me to actually change the render settings myself...So, I think this is entirely my being an idiot!
