Gift Cards taking longer than usual?

I used to get gift card emails just minutes after buying them but I bought a discounted gift card 2 or 3 hours ago and I haven't received it yet. Is this norml now? If I don't get anything soon I'll put in a ticket for it, I just wondered how long other people are waiting for their gift cards.

    I bought one on 2  May during the 20% off flash sale and have never received the gift card email for it. As long as you are buying it for youself it is not much of a problem  because you can also find the code on your order page. However, it makes me wonder if the receipient would ever receive it if you bought it for someone else.

    I can't remember getting an email for gift cards at all this year. But if you just need the code, you can find it under My Account / Orders in the order of the gift card.

    Thank you, I didn't know you could find the code there. The e-mail hasn;t arrived but I've got the store credit now.
