Yes, the mesh is the same. So yes, you can apply the G2M UVs to G2F and vice-versa.

Oh I was wondering exactly this. Could someone please provide instructions on how to go about transferring the uv set? Thanks

    Copy over the data files

After copying over the relevant file from the "UV Sets" folder in the data area, I believe you also need to edit the file to replace Female with Male in the id, though I am not 100% certain if this is needed.

Its quite simple just to copy over the UV folders from the respective G2 gender to the other. No need to edit any .dsf Just copy and paste.

    EG. Copy "Victoria 6" from "My DAZ3D Library>data>DAZ 3D>Genesis 2>Female>UV Sets>Daz 3D" and paste it in "My DAZ3D Library>data>DAZ 3D>Genesis 2>Male>UV Sets>Daz 3D"

You can also just apply a characters mats to the opposite gender too, which will make the UV it uses work on the opposite gender figure within that scene. But I copy them all to both genders of Genesis 2. Much more useful having them permanently on both figures.
