Is there such a thing [as eyes point (or follow) camera] in Studio? I can't find it!

There is a mcasual free script https://sites.google.com/site/mcasualsdazscripts2/mcjlookatthecamera
But I generally use this fantastic product. It allows to look at the camera, but also at any random object, char, etc. https://www.daz3d.com/look-at-me-ii-pose-control
Note that both do this by moving not only the eyes, but also the upper body (in a configurable way).
Select left eye of your figure
go to Parameters panel
within that select: Left Eye -> General -> Contraints
In Constraints click "Point At"
In the opening window choose the camera the eye should point at.
Do the same for the right eye.
(I hope I understood your question)
From now on the eyes will always look into the camera.
The only glitch is, that when you open a previously saved scene, you need to move or rotate either the figure or the object the figure is looking at to activate the "Point to" again.
Once that is done, the moved object can be returned to the previous location/state

mcasual's script will look at where ever you are in the perspective window too - it doesn't actually have to be a camera, so you could call it Stare At Viewer!
mcasuals stuff is always nice
Where you want just the eyes to look at the camera/viewer, and not the head.
