Is there a way to find any lite in the scene to turn them all off?

A funny thing is that in sunsky only view somethimes the scene lites are still on, there is noise in dome and scene and the same noise is the there in sunsky only

If you're in "sun/sky" mode, the 'lights' are going to be emissive surfaces, so...good luck finding them all.

Just being a bit sarcastic there, the simplest way would be to select all items in your scene, go to the "Surfaces" tab, and select the "All" path, then scroll down to "Emission color" and change the setting to black(0,0,0), that will turn off all the emissive surfaces in the scene.

You might also check for a material preset for the set piece you're using, as well for any assets in the scene, that will turn them off.

Another option would be to switch to "Scene only" and try to figure out what assets have emissive surfaces(Emission color) enabled and turn them off manually. Same Surface tab setting, Emission color.
