Anyone else having trouble since update?

in Daz Studio Discussion

since i installed the new update, loading a character base, like basic genesis, freezes up daz studio

i have a geforce card 1 gig of memory

my pc set up is 16 gigs of memory and quad cpu

 

and of course, there is no way to roll back dazstudio

    and anything i save in the updated studio, i can no longer open in Carrara

    How long ar you leaving it? Does the progress bar go or is it freezing what that still visible, or if it happening even before the progress bar appears? If the progress bar is visible how far does it get?

    the progress bar starts, and then it freezes

    Check to see how the log ends:

    %appdata%/daz 3d/studio4/log.txt

    Well, I guess I can close this post I got frustrated, and did a rollback to 4.16
