can you put individual body part morphs onto another figure?

Ok so say I morphed a face onto a G8F character who's body has also been morphed and wanted to transfer only the face morphs from her onto another G8F character but WITHOUT the body morph. Can it be done at all? or is it the entire body morphs that can only be transferred and not individual body part morphs?

Morphed how? Settings can certainly be trasnferred separately by making selections in the options dialogue, but I suspect you have baked multiple morphs into a single shape (which has a number of problems)
