How to reorganize the Content Libary tab ?

Hi, 

In the Content Libary tab, new folders are inserted at the end of the list.
How to move them ?

Those look like they are Library folders. I Presume that you are installing manually because the automated methods would not do that. Normally, the first level would be a root Library folder to hold the content folders.

DAZ Studio Formats

• Animals
  • Big Cat 2
  • DAZ Dog 8
  • etc
• Environments
• People
• Shader Presets
• etc.

If you are installing manually, create a top level folder to act as the library, then move everything under it. Add that folder to the top of the list in DAZ Studio Formats in Content Directory Manager (right-click on Content Library Tab -> Content Directory Manager...)

The order of presentation of these directories corresponds to the date of insertion.
I think it should be found in a table in the postgreSQL database.
I tried to connect to this database to read the tables, but I don't have the user and the password.

Open the Content Directory Manager (you must know where it is if you have been able to add folders) and then you can just drag the folder up or down the list to place it where you want it. I find it a bit hit-and-miss, getting it to drop into the right place, but have always managed to get it there in the end. (I have over a dozen content libraries)

Edit: I mis-remembered, as Willy2 says (below) there are up and down buttons to move them
(I think I was thinking of moving items in one of the menus, e.g. "Scripts")

The menu Edit > Preferences open the window Preferences
In the tab Content, the button Content Directory Manager open a windows who shows a list
In this list, the node Daz Studio Format shows all directories of Content Library
We can select the directory we want to move, and the four Move buttons allow to reposition the directory selected.
