Core over multiple GPUs and IRAY

Here's a quick question...will the Iray renderer recognize other cuda cores in multiple GPUs without any thing special? Meaning, if I have two video cards...say two GTX 960s, will Iray recognize the cuda cores in the 2nd video card and use those without bothering my main video card. I know it won't use SLI so I'm just curious. I know people have tested this. :)

That's probably because it looks like a lot of the forum info that's been boiled down to the bare essentials...which is what I expected would happen the closer we got to the release date. A month ago, that info wasn't there or as concise.

Just to be sure, that means if scene requires lest than 12GB of VRAM and I will have 2x6GB GPU, it will work?
