Is it possible to convert 8.1 morphs to use on base g8 figures?

Is there any way to [to convert 8.1 morphs to use on base g8 figures] do this right now? I am not a big fan of the extra load time for g8.1 and still use g8 base almost exclusively so I would like to know if there are easier ways to use 8.1 morphs on base g8, than exporting the morph from g8.1 and then reimport to base g8. Which should work, but of course, it will not with hd morphs.

There shouldn't be any additional load time for 8.1 unless you have a bunch of 8.1 morphs in addition to your 8 morphs. What are your load times like?

If you are getting substantially slower loads from the *.1 figure than from the 8 are you gettign any errors? The suspicion would be that an 8.1 character was triggering a Duplicate Formulas issue.

Thanks for your answers but I am not looking into a fix for 8.1 extra load times :)

I am looking for a way to make these morphs work on base g8. It is the same mesh so they should work, but just using the saved morphs will not work, and most daz morphs get saved as encrypted dsf so I cannot edit the file and see what is different. If anyone has found a way to do this, please let me know.

The .dsf files are not encytpted, they are just compressed. However, any .dhdm files (HD morphs) are not user-readable.
