How do i cancel a support ticket

Recently got a new pc and forgot my password, could not get the reset page to work so i put in a support ticket, but i just put the old pc back together logged in and my old password still works after apperently reseting 3 times, but as i can now get in i no longer need the support.

If you open the ticket and go to the Add a reply box there shold be a Please consider this Request Solved check box - assuming you entered the details correctly (you presuambly weren't logged in) you should be able to find the open ticket by clicking your name at top-right in Zendesk and selecting My Activities.
I juat had the same problem. Couldnt find my password, couldnt log in...clicked for reset ... I tried several times aND THE RESET WOULD NOT WORK. Found the password o9n my phone and it logged right in.
