No disount in cart for interactive licence

Hi!
I have a problem with the store
Every time there is a discount on the interactive license, it doesn't appear in the shopping cart.
I have contacted support but they are not responding.
It's very frustrating !

Is anyone having the same problem ?

    Which offer is this currently? Are you sure the offer is for interactive licenses, and that you satisfy any requirements for other things owned or in cart?

    Here is a capture of a product example and the cart.
    It's the same thing for all type of content.
    it seems to me that nothing is indicated concerning the requirements on the interactive licence.
    even the price is changing 9.22 -> 7.84
    I don't understand I didn't have this problem before

    Hmm, I don't see such an offer on https://www.daz3d.com/amelia-hair-for-genesis-8-females . Do you have the Daz Deals plug-in installed? if so does the discount marker go if you restart your browser in safe mode?

    I tried with and without Daz Deal plug-in, I tried Firefox and Edge. It's always the same, Discount in sight but not in the cart for interactive licence. crying
