Toon figures

I was wondering what content I require to create toon figures. When I look int the store there seem to be a complete section dedicated to toon figures.

The thing is that I have lots of content for genesis 2 and I was wondering if I will be able to reuse things like hair, clothing on those toon figures or is there a plugin that allows me to create toon figures based upon the genesis 2 base figures?

I also looked into the cartoon shading but that doesn't do it. I want the typical look of cartoon figures, not just the shading.

I checked the store and if I want to create the toon characters I want, I have to spend at least around $100 which I actually want to avoid.

    It depends a lot on what style of cartoon figures you want to create.
    Genesis/G2 have lots of morphs that can turn them more tony.
    PWToon is a good toon shader with different customisable options but again it depends on the style you are after.

    Well, I'm actually looking for a toon body style: less detailed as normal, less complex texturing, big eyes, bigger head,...

    There are a number of toon figures by 3D universe which are morphs for Genesis. You could either use them on Genesis itself, or use Gen X to transfer them to Genesis 2, and use them on that figure. These toons are still human, but have the larger heads/eyes and simplier skin surfaces you are looking for.

    So what style toon are you looking for??
    Cause there is Callie and Cory for Genesis 2 male and female or if you use Genesis there is Jasmine and Jason and if you aren't in a major rush you could get them on sale ......

    There's also Dolly and Olie at Rendo.
    There's the Fiends Forever male and female.
    There's the Animated for Genesis 2 Male (a female is in the works I believe)
