Wire Frame Look

Hi:

I need to render a hybrid wire frame / textured look.

I found a post that said I could use the UV Map from the figures / clothes to accomplish this look. The post provided a link to the UV maps for Genesis characters. The link was a dead end 404 error.

I figured the Art Studio would be a great place for me to find someone who has done this and also point me to where I could find the UV Maps. (It may be that I have to generate them, I'm not sure but I'm wide open to suggestions).

Thanks in advance

You will find the UV maps in your Product Library for Genesis 2 Starter Essentials.

Genesis 2 Female (Templates) and Genesis 2 Male (Templates).

    Jimmy:

Thank you. I really appreciate your help.

I'll take a look in the Starter Kit and try to follow the steps to render the wire frame look.

    Thanks

The other thing you can try is setting the render Engine to basic OpenGL and then setting the viewport drawstyle to the mode you want - wireframe, hidden wire etc.

    That's a great idea.

I didn't know that was possible.

That's actually a lot easier and my bet is that it will produce better results than what I've been getting the other way.

    Thank you!

Yes...That's the look I'm going for... That should make it a lot easier. Thank you.

Oh... You're First Bastion? Cool... I already have a few of your pieces.

You do excellent work if you don't mind me saying so!

    Thank you
