@JoeQuick Thank you for your service! I come from a long line of educators---I'm the odd one, although I did retain the didactic gene---and I've seen what teachers have to deal with, especially in the public fool system. Now that I know you're full-time Daz, I'll be buying your creatures that I don't need while I wait for you to make some more sci-fi suits (an 8.1 version of Megaton One would be much appreciated, as I can't get it to fit properly).
He doesn't have a strong character like Floyd, but I really like all those fine lines on his face. Looks like good skin texture overall. I like the bundle, it's totally my cup of tea, but I wish it was a little more colorful. Or whimsical.
And I love the Viscount hair.
yeah I didn't think so
you do make great stuff BTW
I still will think hard about buying stuff I have to fiddle with though when doing so makes modeling it myself easier
PA's who include morphs and rigging sell more stuff to me, only posted here as I was wondering about those items and people here buying the bundle can answer
as part of the outfit it's bundled with not bad (and I may buy that outfit one day) as static props but since DAZ is splitting stuff up not sure it stands alone but that's just my opinion
Nice to see a pro bundle.
It is much less nice to see the price.
... And seriously the HD and the Meta mixer - why both?
Because they do different things.
Both the @Neftis3D and @RedzStudio hairs look excellent - highlights of the bundle for sure.

Would I be able to get a refund for the additional purchase if it is?
The Pro Bundle has been updated to include the beard, HD, and mixer-thingy - if they are not showing, or if you need a refund for separate purchases, please open a support ticket.
The HD is now included in the pro bundle? I think that will be the tipping point for me in picking the bundle up!
Merlin 8.1 has lackluster skin and morph but a quality Pro Bundle. At least Pro Bundles are back---for the moment.
I do find it curious that the wizard beard & brows has no prmos whatsiever showing the brows. They are listed as beig in the package, but I've no idea what they look like from the promos.
The HD addon and Metamixer widget being added to the pro bundle definitely pushes it over the edge for me.
I can put these here if it helps anybody, the eyebrows came with my download at least! (Purchased as part of the starter bundle because I wanted to try out the volumetric thingos and like the hairs). The listing doesn't mention it, but the eyebrows come shaping morphs: gravity, thickness, messiness, length.
(Only 42% rendered because I had to go back to work).
Thank you Richard, I had bought the HD and Mixer thingy separately for the discount, and will put in a support ticket. (I normally do not buy the Mixer things at all, if I have a choice, it never worked for me when it came out and I found sliders worked okay.)

Merlin 4 Aliases takes Merlin 8.1's morph to the next level. I wonder why it and SBibb Magic at Their Fingertips weren't released earlier? No matter. This makes Merlin 8.1 a real dude to me, but I could never get the Pro Bundle below $75.

Experimenting a bit, I made Merlin into a rather stately matron.
(trans shapes, Zev0 breast control, various stuff)
Rather stately indeed! Nice work!
Wow, that's pretty cool!
Great work.
I have to say the hd detail is ASTONISHINGLY good (and a bit intimidating!)
Yeah, I was going to say the HD is amazing in your render, Oso3D!
Okay, now I'm confused. The Banner says "get 15% extra if you own 7+ select pro bundles". I own 15 of them. Combined with the initial 30% discount the bill ends up with a final 40% discount for me. Is that correct?
Yeah, it's Daz math lol. The extra 15 percent off isn't added to the 30%, it's 15% off of what the new price is with that 30%, which probably comes out to be 40%. All of the sales that have discounts like that work that way here.
It is not Daz math(s) - it is standard maths (percentage arithmetic).
Anywhere else if I see an extra 15% off, it's usually added to The other percentage to be 45% off, not a percentage off the new percentage, I o my see that here at daz, hence daz math.
Daz marketing should have sucked it up, stowed their pride, and ran a banner that said "Now Includes HD and MetaMixer Add-Ons!" That's a chunk of value that might have swayed potential buyers. They already look incompetent for screwing it up in the first place, so it's not as if they'd really lose face.
As it stands, the initial sale will end before some customers realize the bundle is now a better value.
That is why I'm confused. It is rare to see actual percentage arithmetic in advertisements and coupons.
Added percentages can end up with a discount of more than 100%. I have literally never seen additive discounts that way. If you take a math class in school (my kids just took the state tests for 4th and 6th grade) and you do the math the way you are suggesting, you'll get the question wrong. I understand that it isn't intuitive for some folks, but it is 100% *not* an invention of Daz.
I requested an adjusted since I purchased the Pro Bundle, HD, and Metamixer before the adjustment to the Bundle was made. I just had an excellent response from the DAZ Team and just want to share in case someone thinks it is not worth the time to submit. They were very nice and helpful.
