how to load HiroToon 4 (by "injecting into Hiro 4?")

Hey guys,
So I cannot seem to figure out how to load HiroToon 4. The directions state;

"This character should be injected into Hiro 4, either loaded from the Hiro 4 figure, or from M4 with Hiro 4 injected."

I do not know what injecting means. I have loaded Hiro 4, but I do not know how to inject HiroToon 4 on to it.

Sorry for all the basic questions.

    Load Hiro 4. Then here is my location (under poser formats) to find the pose files for HiroToon 4. Once located use the Figure Add and Materials Add selections.

    Got it, thanks. The image really helped a lot.

    I'll get the hang of the content system one of these days. Right now its still all a little overwhelming.
