OctaneRender® Prime for DAZ® Studio not available for Mac users...yet?

Hi this is njs (he/his/him).

I've recently downloaded the Free Octane Render Kit for DAZ Studio.

The problem is that the OctaneRender® Prime for DAZ Studio is not available for Mac users yet.

Does anyone know why?

    You need OctaneX for Mac (available for free in the app store)  but at this time there is not Daz Plugin for MacOS tho Otoy are suppose to be working on one.
