DIM problem?

DIM isn't making available today's purchases of Streets of Old London and Iray HDR Outdoor Environment. I have the latest version, tried logging off and on, tried the download using DIM button in my account. Seems the only option at this time is to manually download and install them. I hope it fixes itself as it was working earlier.

    It can sometimes take a little while to appear in your DIM available downloads.

    You can still go to the Product Page, select the item, and then click the Green button (Download and Install). It will open a fresh copy of DIM, and download just that item, it wont mess up DIM for future downloads, the item will still be in the Installed tab.

    The Green button does open up a new copy of DIM but it also displays 0 new items available for download. Thank you for trying.

    After a couple of hours has passed the DIM finally recognized my purchases and made them available to download and install. Thanks to whomever fixed the issue. Now off to play. :)

    I think with DS 4.8 and now the new Stonemason set the system has been heavily loaded - Streets of Old London ddi appear in my list quite quickly, but wouldn't download. If the Product Library direct download works you can always use that, then place the zips in the DAZ 3D\Install Manager\Downloads folder in your Public/Shared Documents folder and just use DIM to install.

    It did that for me, but if you wait about 30 seconds, it does the business, that's how I got mine yesterday.

    It showed up an hour or so after I had it installed. :)
