Finally a decent suit - but it's not in the bundle

I don't get how DAZ sales department works. Finally we do get a decent suit for a male character. Announced together with a bundle. I would have bought the bundle, had it contained the suit. Without the suit (it just contains the Menphis clothing), the bundle is of very low interest, as that kind of clothing is abundand on DAZ

If you're talking about the Memphis bundle, since that is by 3DU and the suit by Mal3Imagery, why would you think they would be part of the same bundle? Two separate PAs with different products. Unless PAs choose to collaborate, Daz marketing has no real say. Unless I don't understand your complaint.
In this case I would say the sales department had to go with what was submitted - 3D Universe and mal3Imagery created two totally different products and are 2 different vendors. How would you split the sales for a bundle. 50/50 wouldn't work because its a character, hair and clothing with textures versus an outfit with textures. DO bundles would be easier because all the money goes to Daz, there's no split to worry about. :)
edit: oops, just saw Cris said the same thing - I didn't see it when I posted
...and yay - finally some male clothing - not just one but 2!
Great suit and looks like equally great quality. Unfortunately my Daz closet is completely chock full of suits I don't think I have ever used. Would have considered it if there was a shirt open and tie undone around his neck. I know, I know...never happy. :-) Men's contemporary clothing are just so stiff and unexciting these days. Bring sexy back!
I don't care it's not in the bundle, I'm just glad it's out! That suit is so gorgeous and it will be mine.![laugh laugh](https://www.daz3d.com/forums/plugins/ckeditor/js/ckeditor/plugins/smiley/images/teeth_smile.png)
People, four items from quality PAs on one day?! I put them into my cart without thinking about my budget. Then sticker shock hit. The MI suit and its textures and UltraSceneryXT add-on won, but the other two will be grabbed as soon as I can.
Of course, if I let the cart stay open until the end of the day, the other two may sneak back in. I'm weak. I young male teen from 3DUniverse that doesn't look like a toon is not to be passed up. Though I am confused if he is supposed to be able to grow-up also. Even the Read-Me is not clear. Or maybe I haven't had enough coffee yet.
Yeah, the different ages had me double checking, too. That boy looks a little too young for stubble.
Anyway, the suit and the Memphis bundles both look great.
Could there be a female friend named Belle on the way for Memphis next?
Uhh, anybody have a link to what we're talking about?

I know, right? I totally want and could use everything released today.
Just an update regarding the Memphis file, he is only a kid. I expect growing-up was used for the older pictures. I did load the new suit on him, looked fine.
More likely the older Memphis was done by only applying the morph part way and using the Memphis textures.
Useful alternate for GrowingUp for youtheing the base figure.
Another trick I've found for getting an older version of a young character is to turn off limits on the Youth Morph and apply a negative value. Sometimes it works really well; sometimes the results are really strange.
Right in the character promo images it shows the older character as having only 50% Memphis dialed in.
I just went to Memphis this week and, so weird, when I got home and turned on the TV the movie "Memphis Belle" was playing on it. This Memphis Bell was a wartime US airplane and not a steamboat or the nickname for a southern lady from Memphis.
Now it it is less than a week since then and a character name Memphis is in the DAZ Store.
Not the way we name our characters currently - try a location starting with "M"
How about Miami?
