Please Help, I keep getting error in Daz

I have been working on a Guitar Amp Head Model, building in Bryce and then building and rendering in Daz Studio.

Everything has been going ok, but today I tried to open the file to continue to work on it and I keep getting error reports and Daz shuts down.
