dForce Classic Blowout hair won't go down

I recently purchased the dForce Classic Blowout Hair and it loads all frizzy like it's windblown already which isn't the real issue.  When I look through the settings I can't find the setting to make it lay flat in a natural look.  Where is that setting at?

    It is dForce hair - are you running a simulation? Some shorter dForce hairs are not intended to simulate, they are just using dForce for the strands, but long hair usually is made to be simulated for the final pose.

    There's a dforce "Global Simiulation Settings" option .. make sure you give that a click .. among other things it will increase Gravity in the sim ensuring the hair goes down

    Hi, i recently bought these Hair too.
    Is there an option to "make them go down" without running the simulation?
