Will Iray Domes Appear in the Scene with New DAZ Iray HDR Light Products?

I was just wondering if the dome will actually appear in the scene like in 3Delight while using these new Iray HDR lighting products. Also, will you be able to rotate/change position the dome in the scene without having to mess with the options in the render settings?
