Brow Remover error/bug

in Technical Help (nuts n bolts)

ok in the past while it worked almost fine, now it's seens not working on almost all g8 figures, whenever i try to use the brow remover from the character i've ended with this:

1 - character before the process start:

all is normal

 

2 - after hit the apply brow remove buttom i'm start to get multiple errors related to "missing dxx(number).jpg file

 

3 then afte some errors and skips it's finally finish but it make all the face go "dark after remove the brow"

 

it'sa happening with lot of characters, how i can fix it?

    Are you trying on G8 or G8.1?

    I just tried it with Topsy 8 and FW Marieke HD for Charlotte 8. Both worked fine, How did you install the Brow Remover? Some scripts don't work properly if they are installed with Daz Connect (from within Daz Studio).

    i've instaled using dim(daz instal manager)i will try to resintall it.

    ok i've resintaled it and still the same issue

    and the same character as you mariek hd for charlotte and got the same result, i'm doing something wrong?? what are you doing??? and you also are getting the same errors?

    I don't get any error messages. The product has a link to Brow Remover Product Support (a commercial forum thread). Read that thread first, and post your question there if you still have problems.

    Isn't your AppData supposed to be on the C drive?

    i've changed to save everything in E: cuz it's my huge 4 tera hd, the c: is my ssd and is only for windos and those things.

    Appdata is a hidden system folder so moving it is not advisable.
