clara-81-hd-add-on - maps missing ?

I just bought clara-81-hd-add-on.

Product description says:

Textures Include:

  • 06 Texture, Normal, Specular, Reflection, Sub-Surface Scatter, and Transparency Maps (1024 x 1024 to 4096 x 4096)

Unfortunately I only find normal maps being installed but was interested in the other ones even more.

Missleading product description or user error ?

    The HD addons don't include maps, so if you're trying to load the HD by itself, rather than dialing it in, it is presumably trying to load the Clara character as well. If you don't have Clara herself, that would explain the missing maps.

    We will flag this up, in the meantime if you don't want the base clara character I wold suggest getting a refund - the HD details alone are not going to be terribly useful.

    Thanks, I asked for a refund.

    I thought the PA made a set of "advanced" textures for Clara. Assumption was that custom made SSS and spec. etc. maps instead of the ususal conversion from the diffuse maps are part of this product. Those ones would be of use for other characters as well. But now I understand that HD only refers to the objects from but not the objects surfaces (except from normals). That's ok for me just got confused by the description.
