Karina Multi Figure

I have a question about the Karina Multi Figure ( http://www.daz3d.com/karina-multi-figure ). The third example promo pic is labeled "Aiko 3 figure", but looks realistic rather than stylized like A3. Is this product actually changing the shape of A3 to look like this, or was another product used conjunction with the Karina Multi Figure to convert the A3 shape and this is just an example of the material in use?

Given that there are Inj/Rem poses it's the way the figure will look, but presumably it will be using one or more of the A3 morphs to get there.

The description does say there are 2 head inj/rem for Aiko3. The promos only show one of them. The blurb calls the other 'one fun Anime face'. I've always loved Virtual World's characters but I don't have this one.

Aiko3 (not LE) comes with a "Realistic" morph, so chances are this product is using part or all of that.
