dson poser 9 and genisis 1 and 2

ok , so what am I missing.... I correctly updated poser 9 with all the critical up dates .
I installed the dsom importer ,
I installed the genesis 1 and 2 starter essentioal ,
but when I choose the genesis figure , it gives me the invisible man .
poser says that genesis is there but nothing shows

    Did you install both the DS content and the Poser Companion files? I f you just installed the Poser files it won't be able to find the DS files it needs to read to load it properly.

    also remember to add the daz library containing the genesis essentials and the companion files to poser's runtime library list

    How are you installing everything? If using DIM you should see a Genesis Starter Essentials PoserCF, and this should be installed in the same runtime as Genesis Starter Essentials. If not using DIM, then download both packages, and again install them in the same runtime. Ensure that your Poser library has linked to this runtime, and you should see a Genesis figure under Character->DAZ People.

    I just installed Poser Pro 2012 on my new PC a few days ago, and I also installed DSON using DIM and everything worked fine. I confess that I rarely use Poser these days, but I do sometimes use its Cloth Room.
