Cannot get content item to export

I have been trying to create an FBX export file of one of the buildings in IronFort

I notice it is described as ACTOR and not as a PROP in the selections.

I also tried using the Poser file as well.

The daz3d loads the file properly when I load either way.

The export appears to work, but isn't as far as I can tell. (AFAIKT)

When I attempt to load into 3dxchange I get this message

Import file error!
3DXchange may not support this data format.

I figured it out.- no need to respond ..

I really wish you posted HOW you manage to do it....Im having the same problem :(
