Does DAZ still do the thing where they give you the new price if you buy something and it goes on sale for cheaper within 30 days?

    That depends on the sale. These days a lot of the sales have fine print stating: "Cannot be used to discount items already owned"

    Sales events on the daz3d.com website and their prices are available for a limited time. These special prices and offers are only valid during the sales event. Sale prices cannot be applied retroactively to items purchased before the sale, or to purchases made after the sales event ends.

    So it says, but i would file a support ticket. Nothing ventured nothing gained

    Another alternative is to return it for a refund and wait for the inevitable next sale to buy it again.
