Help with coat I bought with materials (have picture)

I really REALLY like this coat and I want to make the puffy coat hat but I dont know how..

Any one maybe know how?
I try to put the matririals on the coat also change some Shaping but I still dont see it,

if the coat fur is dforce hair, it will only show in a full render, not the viewport or the iray preview.
