How do I contact a merchant about one of their products?

The official way is to send in a ticket to DAZ and they'll contact the PA for you.
Some vendors, like myself, can be contacted through the forums, so you can always try to PM them if they're active here. However, product support is part of the cut we give to DAZ, so that's technically part of their job. So just keep in mind that some PAs don't frequent the forums at all and others who do, may not do their own product support. In those cases, you'd be better off sending a ticket.
