Hi,

I just purchased your new bike and bike skins.  Both pages clearly state that the bikes come in CR2 format and native Poser materials but there is nothing in the zips but settings and matericals for DAZ Studio!  What's going on here?

    Yea, I manually downloaded the zips since I have another drive where I unpack my content as my SSD drive isn't large enough to accomodate things being unpacked where I have DIM pointed too so yea, I know by looking directly into the zips and found NOTHING for Poser!

    I don't have this item, so I can't check myself, but the filelist in the readme also mentions no poser specific files; I'd say the product description (indeed) doesn't match with the content provided.....

    Well that sucks.  I guess I'll have to ask for some returns then.  Thanks! 

    Sadly they are some of the very few published artists that support Poser here.

    Everything in the description sounds like it should have Poser support, not just the listing of CR2 files. I'd bet Daz just forgot to package the Poser files for the installer. You might try just a regular support ticket before returning the products, asking for the advertised Poser files, and tell them that if the product description is incorrect, you want to return the items.

    Well BOTH zips (for the main Bike and the "Bike Skins" are all DAZ Studio only.  I could understand it being a mistake for ONE of the zips but both is sort of telling to me!

    Maybe it is only telling you that Poser support is so rare in the Daz store these days, that their automatic packaging tool (if such a thing exists) doesn't know how to handle them. Maybe it is more hassle than you want to deal with, but it is a shame if the vendor went to all the trouble to support Poser and Daz dropped that ball. I'd give Daz a chance to fix the error.

    The Poser files would most likely be in a file of their own as people installing and using them on DS, would not have any use for them.

    But how is that list generated? If they just list the zip contents but forgot to include the files in the zip. it is not very telling. If it is a list of all files supplied by the PA, then is is very telling, and the multiple references to Poser in the file description are bogus. I think the jury is still out. But I haven't purchased the products, and I don't use Poser, so I have no skin in the game. I just don't want a Poser user to miss out on one of the few new Poser items available.

    We've been told that the product is DS only and the listing that it has a CR2 is a mistake and they are going to fix it. Also if it did support Poer it would've had a zip of its own for Poser.

    OK, new update. There were Poser files at one time so they added them back in and are going to put through an update. Once the store refreshes they should be available.

    Oh crap so Fernando just wrote me asking for my method of refunds.  I guess I can write him real quick and tell him to forget it?

    Or you could just repurchase it tomorrow when the Poser files are added.

    Yea, I mentioned that to Fenando, he sent a copy to me that the issue was deemed SOLVED so I THINK he just left it all alone.
